SUPERVISOR, TRAINING STAFF OPERATIONS

The Supervisor, Security is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned locations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, assets and sensitive materials. They play a critical role in risk mitigation, incident response, and maintaining the integrity of security systems of the organization. The Supervisor, Security, will work in a team environment collaborating with all business units and employees across the organization.
Provide oversight at assigned locations of the contracted security entity to ensure performance standards and protocols are adhered to. Ensure all security policies and protocols are adhered to by SIG SAUER employees and guests.
Provide oversight of key and badge issuance, and inventory. Review security logs and reports for assigned facilities and assignment of follow-up actions.
