Principal Responsibilities
Directs and governs the order status management process, ensuring accurate shipping and delivery data within company systems.
Provides leadership over post‐Purchase Order (PO) placement activities, including backlog management, tracking, reporting, and cross‐functional communication, while partnering with suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
Owns strategic supplier relationship management, setting expectations, holding suppliers accountable to performance standards, and driving continuous system and process improvements both internally and with suppliers.
Guides and approves supplier negotiations, ensuring competitive deliveries and supporting the sales team with accurate and timely quotations for customer opportunities.
Leads collaboration with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams, ensuring timely product receipts and deliveries, while sponsoring and driving process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
