Supervisor, Student Care Centre

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a student care or tutoring environment
• Passionate about working with children aged 7-12 years old
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• PC literate
• Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for higher-level supervisory roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall centre planning, operations, and staffing
• Attend to student-parent matters including enrolment, activities, academic progress, and behavioural development
• Supervise student activities such as field visits and group discussions
• Support staff selection, development, delegation of duties, and performance management
• Prepare periodic reports on enrolment, expenses, manpower, training, and related matters
