Supervisor - South East Garden Teams

• Permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday) No weekends!!

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing horticultural activities and coordinating day-to-day site operations.

In this role, you will supervise 6–8 mobile garden maintenance teams across commercial sites throughout Melbourne’s South East suburbs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient day-to-day operations.

 Responsibilities include:

• Daily management of 7 Gardening Teams, (includes 1 team on a full time static site)
• Perform ongoing mentoring, training, teaching and work along side teams for support.
• Complete weekly site inspections, performing quality and quantity checks on works completed.
