BESIX Watpac are currently seeing four experienced Supervisors to join the delivery team at New Shellharbour Hospital Project, a greenfield hospital construction valued at $650+ million, providing the local community with an expanded emergency department along with specialised elective surgery, rehabilitation and aged care, acute medical, and mental health services.

This role will be responsible for:
Organising on a daily and weekly basis the sequencing of on-site activities, including the co-ordination of materials, equipment and personnel.
In consultation with the Site Manager, allocating necessary site staff and resources and ensuring that all the resources for the project are available when required.
Reviewing the construction programme with the Site Manager, re-sequencing activities as necessary to achieve the programmed completion date.
