Responsibilities

• Responsible for administering the scope of work on routine maintenance assigned by the Section Manager (SM).
• Assist in planning, organizing, and administering the section’s staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth running of maintenance operations.
• Supervise, evaluate, and verify all subcontract works carried out on-site.
• Manage and verify the repair and replacement works carried out by subcontractors.
• Assist in verifying the work program on routine maintenance work submitted by subcontractors before submission and approval from the client.
• Prepare and recommend daily progress reports, weekly subcontractor performance, and other reports relating to maintenance operations to the SM.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements on site.
• Undertake any other related duties...
