DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operations Management : Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory and delivery. Ensure adherance to SOPs.
• Customer Focus : Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the brand image.
• Team Leadership : Train, supervise, and motivate staff.
• Financial Management : Manage budgets, track sales, and maximize profitability.
• Inventory Control : Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
• Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and submit reports (sales, cash, inventory, etc.) to head office.
• Store Maintenance : Ensure store cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
• Liason with Head office : Communiate effectively with head office and manage store assets.
