Job Description

NOV Africa is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Riser Group to lead our Riser operations across South Africa and Angola. The successful candidate will supervise a team of 6–7 permanent employees and 10+ temporary personnel during project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating quotations, allocating resources, monitoring project progress, supporting financial planning and revenue reporting, and maintaining strong customer relationships. 
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the Riser team, ensuring a safe, productive and high-performing work environment.
Supervise day-to-day workshop and field operations across multiple projects.
Ensure customer projects are accurately scoped and quoted, with appropriate labour, materials and equipment allocated.
