  Role Summary  
 
 Responsible for ensuring smooth flow and on-ground day to day operations of On-Road Quality Control Patrollers (t-patrollers) leading a team to monitor the talabat fleet and achieve continuous improvement of rider compliance, performance and quality KPIs. 
 
 What's On Your Plate? 
 
 Lead the on-ground team of Patrollers to Ensure and improve rider quality KPIS and compliance
 Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of the reports generated by t-patrollers
 Improve and enhance the utilization, processes and best practices of t-patrollers team
 Responsible for the growth and development of tPatrollers
 Assign team duties and organize schedules as per the demand
 Provide performance reports on regular basis (weekly/monthly)
 Lead the team to complete Ad-hoc tasks and projects
