Supervisor, Revenue Services

Job Summary:

The incumbent leads and coordinates the delivery of the City’s revenue programs, including property taxation, utility billing, and accounts receivable. The position is responsible for the development, administration, and continuous improvement of revenue-related policies, systems, and processes to ensure legislative compliance, financial integrity, and long-term sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Leads and oversees the delivery of all revenue services functions, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, legislative requirements, and best practices in municipal finance.

2. Provides financial analysis and reporting on revenue performance, trends, and risks to support operational decision-making, budget development, and long-term financial planning.
