**_About the Opportunity_**

This is an open position with Mon Power, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp [MP].

This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the Meter Reading department and making sound decisions guided by the company's approved policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Maintaining a high level of safety commitment throughout day-to-day functions by managing safety awareness, ensuring adherence to the company's Accident Prevention Handbook through field audits and job briefings, and leading engaged safety meetings for daily reinforcement of appropriate steps to work safely.
+ Providing training for new employees, focusing on safety and accuracy.
+ Safely reducing overall consecutive estimates through scheduling and access issue resolution.
