Supervisor, Quality Control Microbiology

Within our Quality Control Microbiology department, we are looking for a Supervisor QC Microbiology to join our team . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, international environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of up to 10 employees and ensure the smooth operation of microbiological laboratory activities . You will work closely with colleagues across QC and QA to coordinate projects, improve processes, and maintain high standards of compliance.

You will play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting investigations, and ensuring inspection readiness , while also contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
