Job Description (JD) Weld shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily welding production as per production plan.

Allocate jobs to welders and fabricators.

Ensure completion of welding work within schedule.

Monitor production output and efficiency.

Coordinate with the bending, tapping and assembly area for job flow.

Ensure on-time delivery of welded components.

Ensure proper job allocation and manpower utilization.

Maintain discipline on the shop floor.Monitor welding machine performance.

Ensure welding as per drawings and WPS.Check fitment and alignment before welding.

Monitor weld quality and finishing.Control welding defects and rework.

Maintain quality standards of fabricated parts.
