Responsibilities

Maintenance

• Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with maintenance activities onsite.
• Support the planner in the preparation of maintenance activities.
• Provide proactive support for difficult activities and problems.
• Follow up maintenance activities and adjust as necessary.
• Coordinate third‑party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards.
• Create correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standards.
• Follow up and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Gate‑keep maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priority.
• Review maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare.
• Continuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed ...
