Supervisor - Production I - Weekend Shift

OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for a Production Supervisor who is responsible for supervision, direction, and motivation of assigned employees to achieve company goals of quality, production, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed department and company goals of quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Manage department performance measures and visual controls. Focus on daily operations. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Continuously improve and present ideas for improvement and information accurately and clearly in both oral and written form. Ensure employees adhere to schedules and customer service requirements.
