Supervisor

• Blast and paint background required
• FIFO from Perth or Port Hedland residential role
• Various ongoing projects across the Pilbara

Join our vastly diverse Northwest division, conducting supervisory duties on multiple projects around the Pilbara Region.

THE ROLE

• Day-to-day site supervision
• Manage multiple crews of blaster painters
• Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
• Set up sites and completions
• Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
• Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements

ABOUT YOU

• Blast and Paint background with the ability to oversee other trades
• Polyurea application experience is desired
• White card
• Drivers licence
