Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the Technology, Innovation, and Engineering Department of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Business and Financial Manager (BFM) for the department. You will be directly responsible for exercising civilian leadership principles in carrying out assigned duties including setting objectives and work plans, coaching, managing, and supervising a staff of Project BFMs. You will develop plans and makes written and oral presentations to others on status, costs and technical problems and resolutions. You will perform and monitor department financial and business operations such as A11 budgets, procurement practices, and monitors Navy Working Capital Fund targets and guidelines.
