About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor Plant Operations to join our Pilbara Mine Operations. You will Lead, mentor, coach and develop the Fixed Plant Operations team including providing regular performance feedback. Provide leadership in safely executing Fixed Plant Operations activities at a site level ensuring team performance is in line with short term objectives.
