Monitor drawings/ technical information issuing schedule for Projects. Attend assigned Project progress and HAT meeting. Assess staff work performance under his charge as required. Identify training needs for the men under his charge. Monitor job progress, man hours, and productivity of the assigned job. Study and evaluate the work processes and methods of the department. Explore new ideas to improve work quality and productivity. Liaise with Owners representative and class surveyor during inspections. Plan for workers Over Time.
Quality
Evaluate technical/ engineering requirements of the jobs, and reviews drawings. Resolve any technical problems or issues with OEM/ class/ owner...
