**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for the Phlebotomy Department. Supervise personnel to include workflow direction, hiring, performance management and applicable policy interpretation.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
+ Supervisory, workflow, or coordination experience required

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Organizational skills and project management skills preferred
