SUPERVISOR – PET STRAP MACHINE

Job description
1. This role involves advanced machine setup, calibration, fine-tuning, and production stabilisation of PET strapping and PET roll extrusion lines, beyond routine supervision
2. Responsible for hands-on troubleshooting of complex machine and process issues, including materialh flow, temperature profiles, tension control, and dimensional consistency, to minimise downtime and stabilise output.
3. Lead process optimisation initiatives to improve productivity, reduce scrap, enhance product quality, and extend machine uptime.
4. Actively analyse machine performance data, defects, and recurring issues, and implement root-cause corrective actions in collaboration with Maintenance and Engineering teams.
