Responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day execution of payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Advises a team in evaluating, analyzing, and administering payroll programs, ensuring payroll is processed with speed, accuracy, and compliance with service and performance objectives.
• Monitors and executes payroll processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in compliance with local payroll practices, authoritative controls, government regulations, statutory regulations, internal procedures, and SOX controls.
• Acts as point of contact for team members, providing resolution on escalated operational or policy issues and escalates complex problems to the Payroll Manager.
• Leads the team in coordination with internal Finance teams and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, financial integrity of the payroll process, and supports audit review.
