Supervisor - Painting & Shot Blasting

Should have a knowledge of industrial coating experience 

Expertise in surface preparation

Knowledge of paint application methods

Able to monitor environment consider to ensure appropriate painting

Have to ensure compliance with painting standard, codes and regulations

Prioritize safety, quality (First-Time Right), and housekeeping (5S) initiatives.

Coordinate activities across various departments, including outsourcing, quality ,production & planning

Troubleshoot issues related to painting & shot blasting

Supervise workmen to ensure efficient timely completion of job within allocated resources

Able to carry out inspection of surface preparation and painting coats with necessary report preparation skills

Proficiency in SAP and general computer operations like microsoft excel, power point.
