The Operations Supervisor is a critical execution leader within the service center, ensuring daily dock, freight, and operational activities run with precision, safety, and financial discipline. This role exists to translate network strategy into real-world execution—balancing throughput, cost control, service quality, and compliance in a fast-paced LTL environment.

As Roadrunner continues to scale its Smart Network™, this position plays a key role in protecting shipment integrity, optimizing load flow, and maintaining operational consistency across linehaul and local delivery functions.
