Supervisor - Operations

Work – Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will lead a team that undertakes operational and maintenance activities to ensure efficient and delivery of services in accordance with business processes and compliance requirements.  You will ensure the team is competent and complying with Environmental and Regulatory requirements for their roles alongside relevant Sunwater policies, standards, and business rules. 

As the Supervisor – Operations, you will:

• Ensure that subcontractor management processes are followed and supervision of on-site contractors to ensure safe working methods and delivery
• Provide support and guidance to Operators performing fault analysis of operational and maintenance issues
• Work collaboratively with customers to build ongoing relationships which includes communicating key information such as supply interruptions
• Manage a major industry pipeline/customer, also urban supply for regional towns...
