Supervisor

Recruiting for a Civil Supervisor for my client to work on large earthwork and subdivision projects. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our construction projects. With a focus on safety, quality, and performance, you will oversee the day-to-day activities on-site, manage construction teams and subcontractors and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing a safe work environment in alignment with safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Ensuring adherence to environmental policies, requirements, and objectives by employees and subcontractors..
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitoring the performance of construction teams and subcontractors, tracking progress against schedules and cost estimates.
• Addressing and mitigating any performance-related issues.
