_Lycoming Engines seeks a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of production associates, including mechanics, technicians and skilled trades to support production, development, assembly and testing of engine products and systems. This person will be a charismatic leader and change agent capable of driving relentless improvement, motivating team members and leading them to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals._

* _Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, developing, directing, counseling and disciplining employees in a fair and consistent manner_
