About the role:

UGL are seeking an experienced Scaffolder Supervisor  to join our team on an ongoing basis working Pinjarra.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of Scaffolders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all scaffolding activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications.

Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.
