About the role

As the Supervisor – Laboratory at Ernest Henry, you will play a critical role in coordinating laboratory operations to support safe, reliable and high-quality metallurgical performance across site.

Reporting to the Metallurgy Superintendent, you will lead a team of Laboratory Technicians, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely analytical services that are essential to plant performance and production outcomes.

You will combine strong technical capability with hands-on leadership, driving quality, safety and continuous improvement across laboratory activities while maintaining high operational standards.
