Supervisor

• Supervise assigned staff of Housekeeping.
• Inspect the assigned area as per the checklist to ensure the standard of cleaning
• Ensure that policies and procedures regarding Infection Control/ISO/QA standards are strictly followed.
• Provide orientation and on-the-job training to new staff
• Responsible for managing the shift as per the duty roster and reporting absences.
• Check rooms and ward status. Make daily housekeeping reports and submit them to the Officer.
• Maintain a daily log book of the reports of all the matters related to the department.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate, preferably Masters, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
