 We are seeking a Supervisor that has a strong passion and understanding of the child protection sector, as well as culturally safe and trauma informed practice.
  Our Integrated Family Services provide a range of tailored services to strengthen families and improve the wellbeing of children and young people. You will need to be able to display leadership skills and build valued relationships with external stakeholders, manage complex issues, and allocate and monitor workloads.
  What can you expect to be doing? 
  Provide clinical supervision, develop, and monitor staff within Integrated Family Services on case issues and escalate risk in line with procedures.
