Job Description

HSA Maintenance Engineering is responsible for ensuring all production equipment in the factory is kept in optimal condition, from advanced robotic automation to precision tooling. We work closely with Manufacturing and Frontline Technician teams to support smooth automation manufacturing, focusing on Cost, Delivery, and Quality for HSA operations.
About the role - you will:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of a specific shift/team with a more focused operational scope
Team Supervision (Shift-based): Supervise daily maintenance activities of technicians assigned to your shift, providing clear instructions, on-the-job guidance, and immediate support

Manpower Allocation: Manage and allocate manpower within your shift to ensure sufficient support for production lines, including overtime or task reallocation when required.
