A Brief OverviewThe House Supervisor is a competent registered nurse who assumes responsibility for the coordination and direction of activities across nursing units and other departments in the absence of the Nursing Director and Administration. This role represents nursing leadership by exhibiting professionalism and supporting the hospital's mission, vision, and values.The House Supervisor provides oversight of staff delivering general nursing care, working independently while also fostering teamwork and collaboration.
