**Job Description**

The Production Supervisor oversees a small 2nd-shift team in an industrial environment, ensuring production goals and key performance indicators are consistently met. This working supervisor role combines hands-on operational duties, such as operating forklifts and using RF scanners, with leadership responsibilities to keep the team on pace and maintain accurate inventory records.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and lead a team of 2–3 production employees on 2nd shift, providing direction, support, and oversight throughout the shift.
+ Monitor and maintain production pace to meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) per labor hour.
+ Act as a working supervisor by actively participating in daily operations while managing team performance and workflow.
