The Supervisor, Gearing Inside Sales and Application Engineering performs supervisory duties for the gearing inside sales support and application engineering team
Primary Responsibilities:
Has direct responsibility for all assigned team members: from performance, human resource, training and coaching perspectives. Provides team feedback and solutions to management for consideration. Instills a focus on customer service to all team members. Effectively evaluates and adjusts team workload as necessary.
