About this opportunity

As our new Supervisor you will be responsible for the overall supervision and direction of the shift production team who process and recycle steel drums from return of used goods, to end product, and sold back out to the market.

Reporting to the Production Manager you will be a key member of the site leadership team and therefore responsible for the sites’ overall success. Self-driven with a strong ability to “get things done” safely and effectively, you will uplift capability across the team to ensure and embed a culture of continuous improvement whilst maintaining the highest safety standard...
