Role Purpose

Manage all resources to be used efficiently basing on designed process/agreed procedures as well as co-operate with related section to solve issues during the shift such that KPIs (Compliance, Safety, RFT, CQ, LpMpD) are achieved and improved consistently.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Ensure Compliance, Health & Safety policy is implemented well.
Guide to operator and ensure all SOPs to be implemented exactly as well as feedback to manager if any update/revise needed.
Look for/ eliminate any hazards factors in shop floor.
