Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Supervision of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of deliverables.
• Management of quality indicators, cost, and operational performance.
• Coordination of audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and other certifications.
• Ensuring calibration, maintenance and availability of equipment and supplies.
• Leading training and development of the team.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and applicable legislation.
• Investigating customer complaints and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Higher education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food or related fields.
• Experience in laboratory management and leadership of teams.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
