Supervisor Controle Qualidade

1. Write, recommend, and support the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).

2. Make sure operational processes of quality area in the warehouse are being followed and implemented such as incoming inspection, conference of deviated orders, internal audits, overlabeling, GMP and other procedures personnel trainings. Apply lean manufacturing methodology to processes under responsibility.

3. Supervise, train and evaluate the team of inspectors, in addition to providing all necessary support for inspections.

4. Generate and report KPIs of operational processes and other KPIs such as damaged CPM, BSC, Temperature and Humidity, among others.

5. Audit operational processes to guarantee that Mary Kay is following MK Global and ANVISA’s requirements.

6. Guarantee that all ANVISA’s requirements are being followed.

7. Assume technical responsibility to attend ANVISA’s requirements and ANVISA’s audits.
