We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at SPAR Claggan, Fort William.

As a Supervisor you will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times whilst upholding the Company Values. This will involve assisting the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to meet customer needs in all areas of the store (Retail, Food to Go, PO Local)
• Responsible for opening and closing of the Store
• Attend call outs if the store alarm is activated during non‑trading hours
• Supervise and support team members on shift, allocate tasks to ensure duties are completed in a timely manner
