Aga Khan University is recruiting a Supervisor, Central Sterile Services Department. based in Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

• prepare appropriate duty schedule for CSSD Staff & ensure that all the shifts are cover round the clock
• provide orientation and supervise the activity of the chargehand & Technicians, & Health Care Assistant
• supervise training & evaluate training program for the CSSD staff
• conduct in-house training for new / junior and all CSSD staff
• ensure effective sterilization and disinfection services to all inpatient, outpatient and secondary hospitals
• participate in cost analysis of supplies and reducing total cost of the department
• check randomly and log sterilizer and other machine operation for effective quality assurance implementation
• monitor washer disinfectors, dryers, sterilizers or any other machinery used in Ce...
