Supervisor, Central Sterile Processing

Coordinates the daily operations of the department functions and assures instrument and equipment processing including; cleaning and decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution to the patient care givers. Supervises employees and serves the customer as a resource to service problems and/or questions.

Eligible candidates will be offered a sign-on bonus of $5,000

+ Practices solid verbal and written communication skills, and is able to articulate and translate to other care providers and to negotiate and make recommendations for changes in unit practices Documentation is comprehensive and promotes communication between caregivers.
