Job Description Reporting to the Works Manager, you will be resposible for the day-to-day running of frontline services including Commercial, Bulk and Bin Delivery teams within a defined geographical area. You must be able to lead, develop and motivate a team of staff and have previous supervisory experience of frontline operational staff along with basic IT skills. A current driving licence and a current First Aid certification and/or compulsary gaining of First Aid certification are essential. An SVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifictaion in an area appropriate to the post, Health and Saftey, Frontline Management and Risk Assessment training are desirable.
