Operations
Manage daily operations of bus interchanges and terminals with the assistance of Operations Officers to ensure all bus services are deployed as per schedule.Work closely with Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC) to fulfil regulator’s Bus Service Reliability Framework (BSRF) requirements and perform investigations on bus services that do not meet the requirementsSupport rail operation with bridging buses in the event of rail service disruption.Conduct new Bus Captains orientation with assistance of Master Bus Captain and Bus Captain mentors.Perform all road diversions, road works, shifting of bus stops, timecard changes briefing with assistance from Master Bus Captain and workforce.Conduct runtime reviews and fare evasion audits with assistance from Master Bus Captain and workforce.Conduct ...
