Supervisor, Building Maintenance

**Job Summary:**

+ Directly supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned employees including but not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
+ Troubleshoot maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement
+ Oversee and maintain several corporate office buildings to include maintaining HVAC systems
+ Regular attendance is required.
+ Documenting work performed, maintaining preventative maintenance schedules, and managing work request systems using computer systems or other tools.
+ Conducting daily inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential issues and ensure safety and compliance.
+ Monitoring supply levels for maintenance work and assisting with ordering necessary parts, equipment, and supplies.
