+ Overseeing an eight-person maintenance team
+ Ensuring all industrial machinery is operating correctly and safely
+ Verifying that custodial duties are completed effectively and plant standards are consistently met
+ Managing and meeting preventive maintenance schedules
+ Ensuring necessary materials and supplies are available for the team
+ Responding to maintenance requests in accordance with plant standards
+ Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems
+ Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
+ Repairing pneumatic tools
+ Diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical issues
+ Training and coaching team members to build the skills required for their roles
+ Communicating clearly and effectively with staff at all levels
