Job Description

Understand culinary procedures for local cuisine such as Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, Western Food, Fish Ball Noodles, etc. Must possess culinary skills and hold a vaild
Basic Food Hygience Certificate. Minimum
1 to 10 years
of relevant experience in a food stall or hawker environment. Ability to
lead and supervise a team
of kitchen staff, including schenduling, training, and performance monitoring. Capable of handling
daily operations
including stock control, food preparation supervision, hygiene maintenance, and customer service. Able to
work under pressure
and handle high-volume meal periods effectively. Excellent
organizational
and
problem-solving
skills. Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills, able to work well with both team members and customers. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Prior experience in supervising or managing a food stall will be an advantage.
