Supervisor Apprentices Programme

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Supervisor in managing daily store operations.
• Guide and monitor staff to ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labelled.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock receiving and inventory checks.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and basic issues professionally.
• Assist with cashier operations and payment processes when needed.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Step in to supervise the store in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.

Job Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders in any field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
