SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E)

• Plan and schedule construction activities using Microsoft Project to ensure timely project delivery.
• Design and supervise mechanical and electrical (M&E) work on-site prior to construction commencement.
• Prepare M&E coordination plans and submit M&E drawings for approval.
• Implement, plan, and monitor construction work progress to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate and supervise M&E services and review construction shop drawings (CSD).
• Review and approve method statements for all M&E works to ensure compliance and safety.
• Prepare risk assessments for various M&E tasks to mitigate potential hazards.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations for M&E items and select appropriate subcontractors for project execution.
• Prepare as-built drawings and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals for M&E services.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders and attend daily site meetings. ...
