Supervises a team of analysts that build and maintain data analytics solutions that are a key part of the AC strategic plan. Researches best practices, performs the most complex analysis, and develops basic solutions that are reliable, accurate, and timely providing key improvements.

**Preferred Experience**

+ Experience leading analytics, software development, data engineering, or other technical teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
